You do have a point with getting access to Forced March early on, but I found Quality to be the best to start with, to get that little upper-hand in the early game. The exception is the west coast north of Goa which belongs to the Gujarat node, which unfortunately cannot be steered home. In all my many hundreds of hours playing EU4, I've never actually taken Aristocratic Ideas, so I'm kind of interested in seeing if maybe it works better than expected. EU4 1.30 Emperor definitely has changed the way eu4 1.30 bahmanis is played, or better yet EU4 1.30. 1.) Yeah Administrative is pretty baller.
